Purpose and Scope of the Service

Belwaygroup offers logistics, industrial warehousing, and supply chain optimization services to companies in Argentina. Access to the corporate portal and operational management tools is subject to acceptance of these terms.

The user declares to be a legal entity with the legal capacity to contract and assumes responsibility for the use of the platform by its personnel.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information regarding their operations, cargo, and destinations. Any omission or incorrect data affecting logistics planning shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials to the secure portal.
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account.
• Comply with current regulations for cargo transportation and storage in Argentina.

Limitation of Liability

Belwaygroup shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of the platform, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence.

The maximum aggregate liability of Belwaygroup in relation to any service provided shall not exceed the value of the contract corresponding to the period in which the event occurred.

Specific exclusions

• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
• Damages caused by third parties directly contracted by the client.
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All content on the portal, including interactive maps, efficiency studies, and management tools, is the property of Belwaygroup or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

Information exchanged between the parties during the provision of the service shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Term and Termination

These terms take effect upon the first use of the portal and remain in effect as long as the client maintains an active account. Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by written notice with 30 days' advance notice.

Belwaygroup reserves the right to suspend access in the event of a serious breach of the client's obligations, including default in payments or violation of security rules.

Modifications and Contact

Belwaygroup may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the portal at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
